An independent bottling by Hannah Whisky Merchants, under their Single Cask whisky brand, Lady of the Glen.
This delicious Glen Garioch Single Malt, was distilled on the 29th of September 1993 and is presented at 56.4% after being matured for 21 years in a single bourbon cask.
Glen Garioch is one of the oldest whisky distilleries in Scotland, dating back to 1797.
The nutty, buttery outturn filled 250 bottles.
Glen Garioch is usually associated with being only lightly peated, with soft floral notes and a delicately sweet and spicy taste. However, our tasting revealed, 'Immense Sweetness and nuttiness with subtle toffee on the nose. Smooth with further toffee, nuts and butteryness on the palate.
