Description

It may no longer be 'Scotland's Smallest Distillery' but Edradour is still sourcing and using some of the most interesting casks in the entire Scotch whisky industry

After 16 years in the dark, including time spent in Barolo hogsheads, this Edradour was bottled in early 2017.

 A distinctive Highland malt of 56.7%, Edrador 2000 was limited to just 894 bottles upon its release.

 

 

 
 

More Info

Nose: Sweet oranges, red berries and a hint of liquorice.

Palate: Reveals smoked oranges, soft red fruits and iced caramels.

Finish: Slightly dry, well rounded with just a touch of smoke.
