Edradour distillery is a Highland single malt whisky distillery based in Pitlochry, Perthshire.
It has been owned by the Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company since 2002, and was previously owned by Pernod Ricard.
A Highland Malt, this Edradour 10 Year Old has been bottled by independent bottler Signatory - who own Edradour.
Distilled in November 2006 and aged until February 2017, before Signatory got their hands on it and bottled it for their range.
Nose: Rich, spiced fruit cake and roasting nuts.
Palate: Red berry fruits, spiced sultanas, maple syrup and almonds combine deliciously. The presence of fine oak Oloroso casks provide a great depth and fullness while the rich mouth feel that comes from the smallest traditional stills in Scotland is even more apparent.
Finish: Creamy oak, mild warming spices with a calming nature.
