Nose: Spicy, woody and minty. Hint of Arbroath smokies with rosewater and linseed oil. With more time in the glass, it becomes very herby.
Palate: Thicky and chewy, raisins, plums, toasted oak notes, bitters.
Finish: Sweet with delicious raspberry jam and brown sugar.
