Eden Mill in St Andrews is Scotland's original single site distillery and brewery.
Oak Gin is a throwback to a bygone era. In the 19th century the most popular gin made at Eden Mill was stored in large oak barrels.
Matured in oak aged beer casks this gin carries hints of vanilla and toasted caramel.
Enjoy with a mixer or neat over ice.
A warming nose with wood spices and juniper. Fresh vanilla fudge is then followed by a delicate and refined sugar. The palate is again warming with poached spiced fruits, pears, clementines and cinnamon with a long and rich finish with brown honey toast finishing on sweet caramel, vanilla and sugarcane.
