Dutch Cigars Wilde Cigarros (Panatelas) - Box of 50

Not a bad smoke. A wood/earth flavour profile with a smoke time of 10-12 minutes. I believe these cigars are a hit and miss with consumer preference. You'll love or hate them. I would say try one first before buying a handful.

Ordered Sat arrived Wed great service. Came in a nice wooden box so would be nice as a present. Didn't really know what to expect so when opened a little shocked at how rough and dry they looked, on closer inspection I think this is more to do with the rough foot and bits flaking and not as dry as they first appeared. Have put in the humidor but not before trying one. Nice even burn and surprisingly cool until the very last third. Constant wood and earth flavour throughout with a small hint of chocolate, however during the last third quite bitter although this was probably due to heating up. Lasted a good half hour which is what I was looking for and for the price a pleasant smoke. Looking forward to the rest to see if a bit of time in the humidor brings out anything new but on first impression I will come back for more.

Really enjoy these Dutch Cigarros be it in the workshop, walking the dog on the beach or for the drive home from work, which takes about 20/25 minutes and reorder regularly. I enjoy the woody flavors and the even burn and at such great value have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for a good every day smoke.

Tried 2 of these cigars. They varied quite a lot in taste. The first was wood/earth throughout and the second was a little more complex with the wood/earth less prominent allowing a more complex set of flavours to come through. I can't deny this cigar is good value for money due to the price. However, these cigars are not to my taste and I will not buy again. Price and flavour taking into account a solid 3/5
