Rhum J.M XO:
Flavour: Toasted nut, lemon & sage, mango, passion fruit with a finish of spiced white pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate: Mid-bodied and long lasting with a sweet finish.

Westerhall Vintage Rum:
Nose: Notes of butterscotch and hints of maple spice. A little rose petal jelly. Vanilla fudge.
Palate: Creamy and honeyed. It has a sweet palate. Baked apples, baking spices and soft wood. Beeswax, maple syrup and manuka honey.
Finish: Long finish with creamy caramel and a touch of spiced oak.

Rumbullion XO 15 Year Old:
Nose: A huge hit of creamy, sweet vanilla and juicy, freshly sliced oranges. Mulled-wine, toasted cinnamon and cloves with a core of well-aged rum. Aromatic notes of delicious dark chocolate, riple plums and fragrant oak develop in the glass.
Palate: Exceedingly thick, Seville orange marmalade and even a hint of blackberry. Soft chamois leather and cedar wood provide a complex backbone alongside a huge dosing of cinnamon, cloves and liquorice.
Finish: Long, sparkling finish with notes of intense bittersweet orange. A final flutter of toasted oak appears on the tail.

Mezan Jamaica Barrique XO Rum:
Nose: Pungent with fresh banana and sweet spice. Taste: Light palate, complex spice with hints of tobacco and more dried fruit with a hint of menthol.
Overall: Elegant and very long.

Dictador 20 Year Old:
Nose: Hints of oak and morello cherry. Orange blossom honey, dried cranberries and hints of smoke.
Palate: Cigar leaves, Demerara sugar, manuka honey, cooked fruit and pepper. Spiced.
Finish: Cinnamon and cedar wood.
