Aging mellows a spirit. It also brings out new flavours and aromas.
 
This Gran Añejo contains rums aged between 9 and 12 years, and Solera rums aged up to 50 years, creating a balance between sweet and dry that you won’t get in other spirits!
 
Drink it on the rocks, drink it neat. If you must, add a splash of ginger (we won’t tell anyone).
 
Drink it slow, and share a moment with your friends.

The aroma of this rum is distinctly reminiscent of lemon olive oil cake as well as some vanilla crème brûlée. The mouthfeel is lean and light and so are the flavors: light brown sugar, mild tobacco, pink and white peppercorns. It finishes dry and invites another sip.
