The Gala dinner really was one of the best cigar events I have ever had
the pleasure of attending. Held in an enormous marquis in the hotel
grounds, the food wine and service was without fault. I calculate around
350 cigar smokers attended. A variety of cigars were smoked throughout the
evening and the new Montecristo Edmundo was also introduced.
Representatives from Habanos S.A. including Miguelito from H Upmann were
also in attendance.
Thanks to my cigar herf buddy Alex for putting up with my constant
requests to translate
the Italian to English!....and well done on receiving your award !
( and I'm not talking about the Davidoff I gifted you!)
A raffle was held that ensured there were many winners ( including me!)
many speeches and presentations kept the evening moving at a fast and
enjoyable pace. |
