This stunning Golden Rum was distilled in 2005 and matured in American white oak casks.
After distillation in copper still aged for 12 years in barrels that have contained Bourbon and malt whiskey, this rum is then finalised for a year in Oloroso barrels.
The result is a complex rum full of red fruits, creamy vanilla and caramel.
Nose: A lively nose with pleasant aromas of vanilla coffee, ripe fruit, full of promise.
Palate: Silky and voluptuous mouth, bitter chocolate, oak and harmonious snuff.
Finish: A long finish, toned in the end, a slight hint of red berries.
