Distilled in 1987 and bottled in October 2001, this Dalmore was matured in a Bourbon Hogshead and is one of 282 bottles released.

A sherried nose but not overpowering, light and bright with aromas of tropical fruit, a bit more nut and a baked apple element.
The palate has waxy notes with very light peat, fully ripe stone fruit flavors joined with nectarine and baking spice more towards nutmeg.

Serge describes this whiskey as ‘here are some nice farmy notes (wet hay). Water brings out the wood and a huger grassiness, with notes of butter and a little coffee.’
