Crawford's Three Star 1970s
A & A Crawford was a whisky blender and merchant which established in Leith in 1860, now belonging to Whyte and Mackay's portfolio.
This is the original 3 star offering, now discontinued.
Nose: Notes of honey and spice with a touch of malted barley and a little oak.
Palate: The palate is subdued and of medium-body. There are notes of toffee and a little smoke, there are some mixed peel notes with a nutty character.
Finish: The finish is of medium-length with oak and barley sweetness.
