Port Barrel Gin 43% – In pursuit of new and exciting spirits, the team at Conkers have brought together two of their favourite tipples to create a gin like no other. Their signature Dorset Dry Gin is rested in used Port barrels from Portugal, drawing out the 5-year-old Ruby Port from the oak staves, infusing its aged flavour and turning the gin a stunning ruby-pink.
Conker Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur 25% – Premium Coffee Liqueur for people who love great coffee and care about its impact on the environment and the farmers that produce it. Conker Spirits work with the changemakers in sustainability, to bring the ethics and quality of craft coffee to the cocktail.
Port Barrel Gin:
The herbaceous fresh brightness of the Dorset Dry is balanced with a woody spice and a bourbon-like vanilla sweetness, with the Port adding a melody of forest fruits and jammy red grape.
RNLI Navy Strength Gin:
A wonderfully big gin led by dry piney juniper, punctuated perfectly with a herbaceous jammy sweetness from marsh samphire, elderberries and Seville orange that jumps out of the glass in a long G&T. Full and forward, with a purposeful and moreish body.
