Founded in 1896 by blended John Robertson & Son Ltd, Coleburn Distillery sits east of the River Lossie between Elgin and Rothes. The distillery closed in 1985 and was later dismantled.
The buldings were bought by the Coleburn Events Company, who plan to create the world's first authentic distillery hotel.

Nose: Sherry influences mingle with ripe fig, plum and raisin with underlying beeswax polish notes.
Palate: Citrus theme with lemon, grapefruit and morello cherry flavours, complemented by hints of clove spice.
Finish: Greek yoghurt and a hint of old oak.
