Nose: Old style with hazelnut and a little eucalyptus. Some sweet apple rounds the nose off.
Palate: Very sweet now, oakier as well. Very malty. Ginger with tobacco. There's a slight peaty note in the back.
Finish: Medium long, with an oaky dryness, nutmeg and a tonic bitterness.
