David Hohnen established Cloudy Bay in 1986 as an outpost of Cape Mentelle in Western Australia. Under the guidance of Kevin Judd, it became a cult producer with people queuing up for its Sauvignon Blanc in particular.
Superbly refreshing served chilled on a sunny day, this is also a great match for meat or vegetarian stuffed peppers.
