The weather in New York has been glorious,crisp in the mornings and mild in the afternoons with clear blue skies,perfect weather for a walk in Central Park with a good cigar 🙂
Picked up Davidoff Platinum at the Davidoff shop on Madison avenue and smoked it whilst window shopping on 5th avenue.In was very pleasantly surprised at this cigar.
Lunch was al fresco in Little Italy at Sofias ristorante Italiano on Mulberry Street,no complaints about me smoking a cigar,in fact two other diners were smoking cigars! Excellent food,wine and service.
Herfed at the Carnegie Club with friends last night and enjoyed some excellent custom blended cigars whilst “Frank Sinatra” crooned and his orchestra played in the background.The place was packed with cigar smokers…a delight!
My London office reports that Por Larranaga Magnificos are due to be released tomorrow and Montecristo Reserva in 10 days time….should be some nice smokes to come home to:-))
OK…I’m off to Kosher Delight on Broadway for a mountain of lunch (!) then a cigar at Davidoff on Columbus Circle…tough job and all that 🙂
