The word "Quaich" is derived from the Gaelic word "Cuach" which means "shallow cup" or as we know it today, a drinking cup. The Quaich originated in the Scottish highlands centuries ago and became the favourite drinking cup throughout Scotland. Traditionally, the Quaich is used when offering a guest "the cup of welcome" and again offering when offering the farewell or parting drink.
As a pipe inspired by a potent bottle of Chieftain's whiskey, this pipe can do one thing that you probably can't do after having a few drinks of that whiskey: have balance. Even though this pipe is missing a flattened bottom, it still balances perfectly upright, keeping the tobacco in the chamber and the stem from touching the ground
A very unique collectors pipe, which comes in a whisky inspired metal tin.
This pipe has been individually photographed, so that the pipe you see in the picture is the pipe you will receive.
