Domaines Bonfils is a family business, that has been growing grapes since 1870.
Now in the 6th generation, the business comprises 19 Domaines and Chateaux, 17 of which are in the Languedoc with 1800 hectares of vineyards, making them one of the largest independent grape-grower/wine producers in France.
Founded in 1890 by Joseph Salasar, in Camapagne sur Aude, at 3OO m above sea level in the upper Aude valley, Chateau Beausoleil was purchased by the Bonfils Family in 2012
Ideal as an aperitif, pairs well with light hors d’oeuvres and fish entrées or pastry.
Graceful, bright fruit and floral aromas. Dry, medium bodied and lightly fruity with toast and mineral notes balanced by crisp acidity and tiny, delicate bubbles.
