Originally blended in Kentucky, USA for New Jersey based Century Tobacco Company. Over the years, the production factory passed through several USA companies following 'buy outs' whilst becoming the No.1 selling bulk (loose) in the USA.

Black C (B23) is a toasted Black Cavendish base with Bright Cavendish & Virginia added plus a subtle Cherry flavouring for sweetness

This is what I’d call our “Classic” black cherry blend. It has a nicely varied base consisting of Virginias, Burley and Cavendish. The cherry flavouring definitely takes the forefront of the taste, but that’s not to say it totally overrides the taste of the tobacco; the slightly sweet Virginia and toasty Cavendish do occasionally poke their heads through the flavouring. If you’re looking to try out cherry blends, this is a great place to start.


This tobacco is delicious! It's very aromatic but no way is it a bad aromatic. The tobacco itself is sticky but understandably, make sure you pack this one lightly and have some proper time to re-light a few times (it doesn't take many don't worry) The taste of the cherries is strong and powerful yet a very natural taste, not that preservative taste you get with some tobaccos. This blend is light, the tobacco doesn't power over it, great for new pipe smokers and for someone who's not looking for alot of nicotine in their smoke.

