Using the same 11 botanicals as the Signature Gin in a different ratio, Jamie has created Distiller’s Cut with a higher proportion of softer, sweeter, more floral ingredients making it perfectly suited to cocktails such as the Martinez (his personal favourite) and the Tom Collins.
The original Burleighs Gin was inspired by a walk in Burleigh Wood, where master distiller Jamie Baxter came across silver birch, dandelion, burdock, elderberry and iris.
