This entry level Bunnahabhain bottling comes in a redesigned bottle.
Additionally dual labeling now tells the tale of the overall sense of specialty, subtlety, confidence and luxury.
A revised neck label has also been developed to display the product’s age and to finish it all off, as mentioned the bottle also differs.
This 12 year old is lightly peated for an Islay single malt and consequently is a light, fresh dram.
Now at the higher strength of 46.3% - for more complexity and flavour, experience just that with this handy miniature 5cl bottle!
Nose: Fresh and sweet. Seaweed also features and malt.
Palate: Soft, supple. Sherry, nutty. A little sweetness, malty, juicy sultana. A Slightly coastal feel to it.
Finish: Sherried, mochaccino, herbal with a balanced salty tang.
Pleasant in its own clumsily sweet, smoky way. But unrecognisable to the masterful, salty Bunna 12 of old.
