Nose: Thick, chewy raisins dusted with a hint of cocoa and cinnamon providing a warming spice. Apricots and oak also feature.
Palate: Rich delicious chocolate with a light touch of sea salt, buttered brown bread and waxy red apples.
Finish: Long and just a little bit earthy.
