Description

A bottle of Black & White Special Blend of Buchanan's Choice Old Scotch Whisky.

This was bottled for the Italian market and imported by Amerigo Sagna & Figli, we estimate in the 1970s.

The label carries a royal warrant by appointment to Her Majesty The Queen.

Please note as this is a vintage product, conditions of bottle/label and liquid level can vary.

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Light, with a nose of citrus, biscuits, and even something a bit sour.

Palate: The taste grapples with the high percentage of young grain whisky in the blend, yielding salt and caramel, lemon, and something musty.

Finish: Smooth, not unlike the nose and palate.
