Nose: Subtle smoke builds with an initial oiliness as honeyed ash develops with citrus.
Palate: The smoke has now built a good profile, offering a nutty edge as more citrus develops.
Finish: Hints of the coast now, with more grapefruit combining with sea salt and lingering spice.
