This was distilled on Islay in 1997 and left to age in a single hogshead cask until 2015, when it was then bottled at 46% ABV and given the descriptive title - 'Shellfish Platter'.

Nose: Relatively floral with notes of orange blossom and lavender. Give it some time and some robust smoke soon develops.
Palate: Big bundles of coastal whiffs, with a underlying nuttiness and a little bit of salty liquorice and ash.
Finish: Orange peels and sea shells.
