Booker’s Bourbon is a rare barrel-strength bourbon, bottled uncut and unfiltered.
The centre of the rackhouse where the temperature and humidity stars align to create the deepest and most intense flavours.
Once it’s aged to perfection, which always varies, the liquid is bottled uncut and unfiltered.
For some people, it may be too much. But for true bourbon fans, it’s probably the best ever.
Nose: Classic bourbon nose with caramel, vanilla and oak. The rye comes through in a big way along with notes of pepper, cinnamon, mint and cloves.
Palate: Caramel and vanilla with the oak coming in quite muted on the palate. Salty butterscotch, rye , pepper, leather, a cooling mint and dark fruit leather round out this complex and amazing flavour.
Finish: Caramel, oak and corn that slowly fades to a dusty oak in a very long finish.
