This magnificent Blair Athol Single Malt was matured in a single sherry cask (number 5989), distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2009 at the natural cask strength of 54.7%
Only a limited number of 570 bottles were produced with each bottle, individually numbered making this delicious whisky highly collectable and rare.

Nose: Fruity Christmas cake, forest fruit, delicious sweetness with tropical aromas.
Palate: Medium-full biscuit dram with subtle background notes of syrup and fudge. Smooth and powerful, you can also taste floral notes, strawberry tart, coconut, orange and fruity marzipan.
Finish: Long and balanced, presenting hints of honey, wood and more floral notes.

Serge describes this whiskey as ‘wow, and now for something totally unusual… Starts on ultra-huge notes of marzipan and fresh strawberries, with a little cologne on top of that as well as quite some blackcurrant buds and a little coconut.’
