Benriach 12 Year Old:
Nose: Floral and grassy with a sweet heather honey. Yet more sweetness from vanilla and a hint of peat.
Palate: Silken delivery offers white peach and a kick of spice from spicy toffee apples before finally, floral and honey.
Finish: Refined with a little spice as melted chocolate rounds off the finish.

Benriach 16 Year Old:
Nose: Fruity fresh. Some honeyed sweetness and a touch of dryness.
Palate: Medium. Sweet barley and vanilla initially as butter and some apple peel then comes through before a spot of peat.
Finish: Medium length with some delicious caramel, dark sugar and a just a pinch of peat.

Benriach Curiositas:
Colour: Rich amber.
Nose: Sublimely medicinal. Sweet and grassy with heater and hints of malmsey.
Palate: Sweet and heavily smoked. A peppery spice tingles with iodine and a warm nuttiness.
Finish: Bittersweet, dry wood and creosote. Phenol.

Benriach Septendecim:
Nose: Delicious vanilla custard, pipe tobacco and cedarwood before black treacle, toffee apples and peach nectar.
Palate: Cut hay and gentle malt, a smouldering peat smoke. More vanilla, spiced cinnamon and rhubarb crumble as black pepper and nutmeg develops.
Finish: As the finish progresses, so does the level on intensity of the spicy notes on the tail. Outstanding.
