Nose: Relatively 'green' to start with - ferns, apple peel and lime jelly. That initial sharpness is then balanced out by sweet butter and cinnamon. Palate: Butter up first with lots of sugary sweetness (Demerara and white), dark wood and stacks of woody spice - cinnamon and clove especially featuring. Finish: Liquorice, sweet butter and more lingering cinnamon spice.
