In 2010 Alec Bradley founder Alan Rubin created a limited edition cigar that boasted a blend of 10 different tobaccos. The next year, it came to market and was called Fine & Rare. Since then, Alec Bradley has released a new version of Fine & Rare each year.
Only 2000 boxes of this limited release were available worldwide. These last remaining cigars were set from the original production runs, and placed in an aging room specifically for this special release project.
Each year Alec Bradley release 2000 boxes of Fine & Rare, this year they are releasing the second issue of the JSR 10, a Grand Toro measuring at 6 1/2" with a 56 ring gauge.
Made in their Raices factory in Honduras, the cigars have 10 different undisclosed tobaccos from Jalapa, Esteli and the Trojes region.
Only 2 master rollers are qualified to make this medium to full bodied cigar and each band is signed off by the rollers, the supervisor and approved by the owner Alan Rubin and his Operations Director, Ralph Montero.
This year the cigars are packaged in striking chest style boxes of 10 with a unique "zebra" wood design.
