Tried this for novelty value but was pleasantly surprised. Lovely dark maduro wrapper which provided plenty of sweetness that worked as the perfect accompaniment to the feisty fillers. Plenty of nutty fruitiness going on and the smoke was cool and mellow. Burn was near perfect and yes, it got smoked…
Bought from the humidor, a gimmick, well I fell for it. The leaf outer wrap that is probably from the bottom part of the tobacco plant just covers a poorly constructed one dimensional Maduro that could have been a cheap Filipino or Backwoods. Lots of tunnelling, flaky ash and harsh.
