Montecristo No. 2 - 1s
Montecristo No. 2 - 1s

Medium flavour - 6 1/8" x 52 ring gauge. This is a rich and flavourful cigar and it burns very well. A bomb of rich spices including cinnamon and a pleasant sweetness becoming throughout the cigar. A great Havana among fine gauges. Single cigar.

The wrapper on this cigar is simply gorgeous. Theres a wonderfully oily sheen to this well constructed smoke. It burns and draws well, with medium- to full-bodied flavors of chocolate, vanilla, coffee and cocoa bean. A truely delightful cigar! written by Michael

Ahhhh, now that`s what I call a great smoke. ;-)))) Still is, I`m writing this with the last two inches to go. ;-))) An extremely well made, highly complex and very satisfying stogie which is "interesting" from the moment you light it to the moment it lights your nostril hair after you`ve smoked it down to the nub. (The flavour goes off a bit at that point but I digress. ;-)) ) If you want a full bodied and full flavoured cigar which grabs your attention like the Boston Strangler, this, fellas, is the one to go for. Last third reminds me of a Cuaba with a bit more oomph - oh, forget the cost, price schmice - this is what cigars are all about. Your nicotene receptors will love you. If you get hooked on these, the bank manager will kill you, but a great way to die happy. Hats off to Mr Monte Cristo. ;-))))) 5/5. written by Dave Francis

Occasionally inconsistent, but when I get a good one it reminds me of why I smoke cigars. Medium bodied, extraordinarily complex with a wonderful floral aroma. The aroma is so incredible that I often find myself inhaling my exhaled smoke through my nose. Nearly flawless construction...the ash holds on forever and the burn is solid. Flavor bomb. written by The Mantis

to me these are among the finest cigars available, and at an incredible price. Complex smoke, a sweet, no biterness whatsoever, earthy nuance which fill your mouth with flavours. recommend to everybody. no hesitate to give it a big 5 ! written by Adrian Calin

When aged properly, one of the most enjoyable, creamy-smooth cigars I have ever tasted. Not exactly complex, just consistently smooth, mildly nutty, perfectly constructed. One deep inhalation of the scent of the wrapper before lighting alerts your senses to the treat that awaits. Great with Scotch, Canadian Whiskey, Merlot or a smooth Cabernet. Have yet to be disappointed by this cigar and always want to have a box aging and never run out. written by Ashton NH
