Distilled at La Mauny at Martinique. Very refreshing and excellent product made from fresh sugar cane juice. Matures at least 6 years in oak barrels. For this X.O. brands from 1979, 1995 and 1996 have been carefully blended into this great rum. Amber colour. Nosing this rum he shows its floral and fruity fragrances and his bold spicy flavours. On the palate the X.O. is complex, not at all harsh, showing flavours of dried fruits and ginger, fine vanilla (Martinique!) and hints of blond tobacco.
