To mark the 50th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution, LINLEY has created a limited edition series of Cuban Flag Humidors. In a series of 50, this is a ‘must have’ for enthusiasts of Cuban cigars. The box features marquetry inlay depicting the Cuban national flag in ripple sycamore, satin walnut and Santos rosewood encased within walnut lippings. The box is distinguished by an undulating ‘ripple’ effect on the surface which evokes a flag fluttering in the wind. Containing a Cigar Spa humidification system it is lockable and can house up to 50 cigars.

For the series and to commemorate the 50th Anniversary, Hunters & Frankau have assembled a special selection of cigars. Some years ago Hunters & Frankau started to put cigars on one side for ageing. In 2008 the first batch was released of ‘Aged Habanos’ (dating from 1997 and 1998). To help identify them a gold sticker was placed on each box and a band was added to each cigar stating the year of its vintage. This year the aged Habanos from 1999 will be released. Four of these cigars have been selected for inclusion in the LINLEY Cuban Flag humidor to mark the 50th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution. These include 10 each of the following cigars: Montecristo A, Partagas Lusitania, H Upmann Corona and Punch Double Corona. The fifth cigar is a Cohiba Robusto Reserva from the Reserva Collection, released in 2002 but using tobacco from 1999.
