What a great smoke - full flavoured, great easy draw and superb aroma. A real punch in the face cigar with great power. The ash on mine was almost black. I've heard some say snobbishly that these are the cheap and cheerful end of the Havanas - cheap isnt the word - excellent value is. written by Paul Malam

I first bought a box of Bonitas last August (2004) and tried a few but, to be honest, I found them a bit strong for my taste. So I left half a box of them in my Humidor and tried other cigars with different levels of success in enjoyment. As Christmas I didn't have much opportunity to smoke any cigars and so I was left with the Bonitas. During the Christmas Holiday I took a Bonitas out of the Humidor and poured a glass of Merlot. The cigar was fabulous, with it's excellent construction and easy draw. Given the levels of smoke and flavour produced and the relaxed setting of Christmas, the cigar blew me away. Over the next week I managed to finish the rest of the box and I had to order another box to arrive in time for New Year. Since then I have ordered another box and I have to say that I have found the cigar for me. Loaded with flavour, brilliantly made and with a price thats affordable, for me anyway, this is a great cigar. However the full flavour is too much for a daytime smoke

The Bonita is an exceptional cigar - don't be fooled by it's small size, in this case size doesn't matter at all. Very complex smoke, with a slight edge of salt. Superb! written by Guy Pecchia

One of my favourites. Medium strength most of the way through with the last third or so hitting full with good flavour; not hugely complex but very tasty and never turn charred or tarry. Has the essence of the petit corona but in an ever so slightly smaller size and cooler near the end. The great thing about the flavour and strength of this havana is that you can smoke it at any time of the day and it will suffice (presuming youre not just starting on havana cigars). Draw is easy but not too much so, burn is usually even and I would gues these will age fairly well. A very tasty small Bolivar indeed. written by A. Dyer
