Taste Test
an apparent diaspora of mixed casks at times singing together; at others happy to knock each other about. Weighty, fruity but with a sharp malt theme, too' fabulous mouth feel: lush without cloying and despite the apparent grape, more than happy for the barley to weild is full juicy might; a little tangy, perhaps, but nothing too serious. Some lovely marmalade to enrich the toast; the same colour as the cockerel which wakes me each morning... and crows as loudly. Gorgeous.
