Tasting Notes:
Carefully aged 17 years, this malt is a real gem of delicate perfection. It gives of a very light and subtle scent of a crisp sweetness, like butterscotch. On tasting this I found it to be much more robust than the gentle smell would have you believe, the malt really comes alive on the palate with rich flavours of sweet vanilla and spiced pine resin. This draws out into a lengthy finish leaving flavours lingering on the tongue. This goes out as a light, fresh whisky for someone looking for an easy going dram

The Dancing Stag Series. On a dark windy night with the moon looming over the Highlands, returning from a whisky buying trip the Directors of Robert Graham were confronted by a magnificent stag who appeared to dance in the moonlight. Thus this new line of inspired whiskies. Coincidentally, this happened as our new store on Canongate, Royal Mile was opening in an area King David the 1st created after seeing a vision of a stag with a cross between its antlers.
